Hi Fellow Joeys,
Pam, Karla, Carmen and I were at John Whiteriver's funeral recently. It was it was really a touching service. His wife, Lee requested that clowns come in costume or wear red noses, so we wore red noses. We presented Lee with a certificate making her an honorary member of Funny Business and a bouquet of red roses with clown noses. It is so sad that you only find out things about someone after they are dead.

I am really looking forward to Wendy's program this month, she is a fantastic teacher.

This Month's Meeting

This month we are having Wendy Olson as our speaker. Wendy is a past president of Funny Business. She has "Clowning Creations by Wendy" and her topic will be on "Themed Paper Plate Parties". She does theme parties, schools, churches, major business events, grand openings and such. Come and learn how to tell stories, make party masks, do crafts and themed hats; all to bring a Party Alive, and SAVE MONEY. Bring your scissors and staplers, and any white or colored paper plates you have to experiment with. She will also be doing an optional, 10 minute stretch work out, so bring a towel This is something you will not want to miss!
